Accessories consist of two U-shaped profiles. The external one is attached from the inside to the wall of the cabinet, chest of drawers, etc. It is inserted into the upper and lower groove of the external profile along a plastic strip with bearings - they provide sliding of the internal profile. Profiles are nested together. In the inside there is a carriage with ball bearings. It is she who provides the movement of the strap, which is attached to the box.

Thus, the profiles and the bar are folded into each other, like an umbrella handle, for example, and when they are fully extended, the box completely leaves the niche - this is convenient when you need to find or take an object from the far corner.

How to take out a box

When the drawer is fully extended, “tabs”, usually black, become visible on the guides on the left and right. They are located between the external and internal profile. If you completely disassemble the fittings, you can see that this is a clip that is riveted to the external profile.

To free the box, you need to simultaneously press the "tabs" on the left and right and pull the structure towards you.

The main condition is to keep both tongues clamped. Thanks to the bearings and the U-shaped shape of the profiles, the bar will certainly go smoothly, not skew. Therefore, the box will calmly come out of the mounts.

In many respects, telescopic guides are superior to roller guides. It allows the drawer to be pulled out completely, it is much less likely to deform and practically does not allow distortion. The main thing is to choose accessories designed for the estimated weight of the box.
