Starting the wasp war

When building a house or carrying out repairs, think about where there might be potential places for hornet's nests (in the attic, under the roof, under the skin of the walls), treat them with special preparations to destroy and scare away the wasps.

A few words about self-defense measures
Wasps are dangerous rivals. Having decided nevertheless to defeat the enemy, get special protective clothing. Choose a dense fabric, thick gloves made of leather or rubber, a hood and a mosquito net should be on your head. Every millimeter of the skin should be covered, especially take care of your face (to avoid anaphylactic shock from possible bites).
If you intend to tackle the aspen nest, take your children and pets out of the house. Also make sure that your medicine cabinet has the necessary medicines for first aid for bites of dangerous insects (suprastin, ointment with prednisone, adrenaline). Let there be pieces of ice nearby.
Getting rid of hornet's nests

Poison treatment of the nest
As such, you can use special insecticides purchased at the store. You can also treat the nest with diesel fuel or gasoline by spraying the substance onto the nest and the surrounding area.
To eliminate the nest, ordinary dichlorvos is suitable, but it does not kill right away, at first stupefied bees can attack you. Therefore, it is better to first put the nest in a tight sealed bag and, after making a hole in it, spray the product into the hole (you can do the same with other toxic substances). Seal the hole with tape, tie the bag or press it tightly to the place of attachment of the socket. After a while, remove the socket with the bag and burn it.
If the nest is difficult to reach, you can use an extension tube. It is attached to the spray gun, a piece of fabric is wound around the tube so that the tube fits snugly into the socket, and the fabric covers the slots of the inlet around the tube. The poison must be injected through this device.
When the nest is not visible, or it is out of the access zone, but there are moves and loopholes, they can be sprayed with a special spray. By inserting thin tubes, the product can be entered deeper. Close the inlets with cotton soaked in a poisonous solution and cement.
If the nest is in the ground, do the same as in the previous case: pour dichlorvos, gasoline or other means into the mink and pour cement.
Water is a formidable weapon
How to get rid of wasps without the use of special tools? With boiled water, you can pour a nest or minks in the ground. If the home is inaccessible, use a watering hose.
The nest can be drowned in ordinary water by immersing it in a large, deep container. Keep the nest in the water until it gets wet and the wasps drown.
After the wasp nest is destroyed, you need to clean the place to which it was attached with a knife, then treat the remaining trace with peroxide, potassium permanganate solution, vinegar or insecticide.Such a control measure will completely discourage the persistent insects from returning to their former place.
